Truthfully, my kids would like anyone I would like, so it's not really a concern of mine. The real question, to me, is when it's appropriate to introduce your new friend to your kids.
I've mixed feelings on this one, but I think it's ok for your kids to see you with and even for them to spend time with you and your 'friends'. Just keep any intimacy (holding hands, even extra friendly touching) out of sight until there really is a more serious relationship. |
