So I'm going to see the midnight showing of Dark Night tonight and I want to go all dressed up...what should I wear? I want to go allllll out!

THIS MOVIE WAS AWESOME!!! Heath Ledger gave the performance of a life time, it's so sad he didn't live to see the outcome.

All I have to say is that Dark Knight was everything I expected it to be....and much, much more. Nolan really topped himself with what he did with Batman Begins. This is more than a comic book, slash action film. This is an epic telling of how Batman truly becomes the "Dark Knight" and the sacrifices he makes that bring him to it. You will be amazed at how once you think you have figrued how the story will go, it changes, and Nolan does this beautifully. Ledger's performance? Look, all I can say is that he IS The Joker. I never thaught Heath was gonna be that good as The Joker, but man, I was blown away with how he seemed to transform himself into The Joker character. Near the end of the film when he tells Batman why he is doing all his crimes, you really believe in what he is saying. That's just how convincing Ledger is. Eckhart plays Harvey Dent well too. In fact, I feel his performance in this role is getting greatly overlooked. The one scene where you see the foreshadowing of Two-Face is mind blowing with how well Eckhart pulls it off. Bale? HE IS FREAKING BRUCE WAYNE! That right there should tell you how good he is. Go see this movie. I am gonna see it again, and I don't normally pay to see movies twice at the theater. But I will for this one.
