You would know there is something not normal at the beginning so if you like it, you stay if you didn't you would go. The tittle of what is wrong is irrelevant.

If I have already been dating him, then it would be obvious already that any issues he might have due to his autism do not get in the way of him having a relationship...so of course.

I can spot that right away, so I'd say no. My dad is a high functioning austistic guy, and a brilliant pediatrician. But his interpersonal skills and romance skills are terrible. My stepmom is a patient lady!
