Don't understand the question, are you saying Windows is overriding your spyware check? If so try and start in safemode instead of regular bootup and run the scan: At your bios screen (the first screen that shows when you turn on your PC) press F8 repeatedly until you come to a menu, and choose Start in Safemode.
