I just found out today that a guy I went to high school with, committed suicide yesterday morning. No clue what drove him to this, but never would have imagined him doing that. He always seemed so happy in school, but yet behind it all there was pain apparently.

Can relate to it though, with my own double life of sorts for a while. Never could end my life however (though I had the thoughts once), it's not the answer. There's always a silver lining behind each cloud, and things can always get better no matter what. Just look at Josh Hamilton, was a drug addict, heroin addict, his life spiraled out of control for a while basically. But he overcame it and now is a big baseball star. He's living proof that you can overcome anything in life.

Any prayers for his family and friends would be appreciated.

My prayers go out to you and the family. My cousin did the same thing 3 years ago and I still wonder the same thing, why. Maybe God will give us the answer in our hearts someday.
