I have held the door open for her to enter and then leave the stall. To do more than that, they must be in a desperate way and I would have to call it as it happened.

funny thing is.... if i knew of the people who in the past didnt help someone.<in that way>..i may not and let them suffer theirselves

Yes I would. I have been a caretaker three times, husband and then both parents. If it was a stranger in a ladies restroom and she needed help, I would do it, I would have wanted anyone to have helped my own mother.
