I'm doing OK. Been really busy with work. Which keeps me out of trouble, and distracted.

I'm not sure I've ever talked about my job to you. I work for a grocery store chain (east coast) in Store Development. I have a team of 8 peolple - Project Managers, Designers, and Admins - and we remodel existing stores. I also do "takeovers" - where we aquire an empty building an remodel it and open under one of our 5 banners. My Title is Engineering Project Coordinator.

Do you enjoy your work or is it just...well work?

I love my job!! I have alot of autonomy, I make alot of decisions, I decide what I need to do, or where I go. I keep my boss "in the loop", but as long as my projects are on schedule - I hear very little from him. When I walked in that department 4 years ago, it was a mess. I took the time to write procedures, train & teach others, and worked hard at mending relationships with other departments. The company was literally in the process of shutting down the department, but we turned things around...
