Donald Rumsfeld briefed the President this morning. He told the President that 3 Brazilian soldiers had been killed in Iraq. To everyone’s amazement all the color left the President’s face, then he collapsed on his desk visibly shaking, with his head in his hands. After a few moments he looked up and as Rumsfeld, “How many is a Brazilian?”
Don't forget the President wants to make sure No Child is Left Behind. Hmmm Perhaps he needs to bone up on his math skills.
