I do cardio every time before my work out , sweaty is good

Have you ever tried interval training with cardio? I just started circuit trainging, might be the same, you switch from one machine to another & go back & repeat. No - different. It doesn't seem like it would be, but it's a bugger! You just do like 30-40 seconds at 70% MHR, then 45-60 seconds at 30-40% MHR (just, fast for 30 secs, slow down for 45 secs, estimated). Do 15 rotations - it's a great fat-burner, to be sure - and a lot more interesting than just jogging for 30 minutes. |
