to much of either are not good for you but sugar taste alot better then salt

Don't use sugar much,but salt is everyday on almosr everything

i don't put sugar or salt on anything, get enough the way it comes from the store.

they are both in almost everything so no need to add either. If forced to choose I choose sugar, I have a blood pressure issue.

Give me some sugar baby... Actually why don't we break out some of that "sweet and salty" chex mix, and we can all be happy!! Sweet ans salty chex mix sounds yummy , never heard of that but Iwill be looking for it
