Have you ever had an ex who still wanted to be "friends" when you want nothing to do with them? How did you get them to back off?

fortunately i havent had any real bad breakups...so im kinda "friends " with them...or at least will say hi etc if we run into eachother, nothing bad to say really. my ex b/f and i are really good friends still.he married twice after me, but the 1st didnt work out and he cried to me on phone, as i did him thru someone else too.but now he's happily married to this new one and we still talk from time to time..no hard feelings..we were together for 3 1/2 yrs.

Have you ever had an ex who still wanted to be "friends" when you want nothing to do with them? How did you get them to back off? Had to be a bit 'cold' for a while .. I hate doing that cuz it's not in my nature but some people don't get the hint. (he happened to be my ex husband) sigh

Mirror~ You just need to be honest and tell her that you don't want her in your life. If you can say why clearly and without anger/malice then go for it. The why provides closure a lot of times and illustrates why there is no "opening" to get a second chance.
