How can I get to sleep...I've tried soaking my feet in hot lavander water, and i'm on my second movie, and I've been sitting in the dark for a couple hours now.

If your not tired, your just not tired. dwelling makes it worse, you tense up then you really can't sleep. just stay awake, your body will sleep when it needs to.

Benadryl or melatonin, chamomile tea, a warm shower, relaxation tapes are helpful.

lavendar oil on your pillow and then just breathe deeply.........
 but if sleep is impossible..do something and then try again in an hour or so.. |
