i need suggestions i think and sorting at this time. a definite visual and posted listing of which foods to buy and eat, and perhaps where to shop and which labels and letters to read and packaging type.. not necessarily cooking preparing or presentation instruction.
i hate plate and bowl. forks and stuff. advice for a wandering little doggie. i like to be nearly perfect. not too much not too little. just right. energetic and appeasing to my owner. im lost. please help me if you can. please respond if you are articulate and knowledgeable. serious inquiries only. now lets get it huff drinks first |

tuna,mayo,home grown tomatoes,cheese,and crackers-(whole wheat),green tea(very healthy),this is good for a start.**If you would like the best health; add 1 TBS. Vinegar to a glass of water each day and drink.**
