Here's your problem Jeff. There are a ton of younger guys and they also want older women. There are a lot of older women who have already been there with one of those other young men. After a few relationships with them the older women become turned off on the idea. They no longer seek younger men. They think people your age are still to immature. I have talked to a number of women who feel this way. So expect to run into the older women who aren't ready to commit to someone young.

I met my ex who was 15 years older at a job I held. I believe I was around your age when we fist went out. I left the job but came back to say hi to people who were friendly co-workers. She was there and I asked her out on a date. I would look for the same time of interest by someone who is near you.

Women, regardless of age, want to be treated with respect, they want to be honoured for their uniqueness and strengths as an individual (and I'm not sure how the year on their birth certificate factors in here), to be regarded as an equal and valued partner in a relationship ... to work with someone towards a common goal ... and on top of all that, TO LAUGH.

Show someone that you can provide those things, that you see those qualities in her -- it's as simple and as hard, as that.

Secondly, I've dated younger guys for 5 years now .. and I wouldn't switch for anything. They may be immature but they are friggin FUN! I like fun. Old men don't. LOL

Thirdly, it's not just older women you look for. You still have to apply what KIND of woman you click with. So just email women you are attracted to. It'll happen when it happens.
