Backrubs from cabana boys get rid of tension really good also. Even tho I prefer cabana girls, I just may take you up on that Beach, You take the backrub~ I'll take a punching bag My ex use to use my stomach as a punching bag. She figured I did enough situps it wouldn't hurt bad. Hmmm. Not quite sure how to respond to that one.. She had a warped sense of reality, but it calmed her down and didn't hurt too bad. Ah. Ok.
