very good advice from all of you thank you I know its hard, hell I still havent figured it all out even at my age. Just learn yourself more and why you make those choices in those particular people. Not all men I have been with are abusers but a few have. Im still trying to learn about myself as to why I pick them. I know I am a caregiver and want to believe I can make them ok...It has taken me alot of time and pain to realize that isnt the case.

Why is it that a guy says they will call you, get online, or come and see you and everytime the day they are supposed to do any of those that they always come up with an excuse not to do it???????? All I want is to find a true gentleman that will do what he says he is going to do is that too much to ask???? not all men do this..only the really special ones who like to play games...keep your chin up..theres still lots of wonderful men out there! I have also been in abusive relationships as well as ones where i have been cheated on and i dont want to go down that rode again.

Grow within yourself and then things wont be quite so hard.

Just some advice...you might want to examine on how soon you do some of these things I personally won't drive up to meet someone unless it is one of two reasons...either A. i have at least talked to them on the phone and felt i had a connection with them...or b. i have talked to them online for awhile and still want to meet them. I've had a couple of girls ask me to do this or that...after only talking to them once...ummm not gonna gonna happen. Maybe you just come on two strong at first...that's jmho though.
