What is your view on them being incarcerated for 5-10 yrs? Is it not a waste of our time and money to put them in a cell? Should they not deserve to die too like the innocents that they kill??? Sure ppl say that two wrongs dont make a right....but hell...the first wrong should not have had happened in the first place?? Sorry, Im just watching the news about that man who killed his 22 yr old wife and children and it makes me mad How many people did Bush Administration kill ?. Is Anyone counting ?. |

put them frontline in a war battlefield, no need to let good men die, when they can serve a purpose. i agree draft all convicts and send em to iraq that will end crime exactly, let them earn their freedom to come back to a nice comfy prison. nope, just leave em there till they die let god sort em out |

Second, death penalty does not curb crime at any level. Thirdly, the cost of housing them and the cost of all the appeals they get before being killed are pretty close to the same so we are not saving money either way. Plus, I think we should study them to find out why they are wired differently then the rest of us. |

We spend @$40,000 per inmate per year of our tax money.
Our Prisons are better then alot of places these criminals come from...get rid of the gyms, the cable T.V the basketball courts the free dental and medical and let them serve "hard time" in solitary with bread and water and see how fast they want to return to a life of crime! If the liberals are so worried about cruel and unusual punishment, then don't complain about how high your taxes are or how bad the crime rate is....blame yourself. |

i believe strongly that the death penalty is UNDERUSED Yes it is. WAY UNDERUSED. The punishment should fit the crime. However the convicted, carried out the crime is the way it should be carried out on them. Whether it is by gun, knife, or strangulation. I'm also for public executions. Guillotines would be my preference for criminals |

i believe strongly that the death penalty is UNDERUSED i used to believe that too but you know the truly sick ones don't really care if they are executed or not you're damned if ya do and damned if ya don't hey I totally agree with you!! but the death penalty issue isn't that cut and dried, lots of things need to be addressed |

Only by studying them can we EVER hope to discover what causes them to be this way, or how we can identify it before they become killers or rapists. It is very important work and should see more interest. |

The OP is saying that today good men and women in our Armed Forces are dying.......put the criminals there instead and let our military live.
