ah..... look at all the guys get mushy! I do know that the next time I have a child.... I dont want my husband to be below waist level b/c for some guys that's just too much to see.

I gave birth to twoins and FORTUNATELY didn't have to have a c-section...Thank GOD for that. I would have wanted to be put out if that had been the case. Instead, I was able to look in a mirror and watch the miracle unfold right before my eyes. How awesome it truly was. omg.... I didn't watch... and when the midwife asked me if I wanted to touch my son's head when he crowned... I said NO! I will touch him when he's out!

I gave birth to twins and FORTUNATELY didn't have to have a c-section...Thank GOD for that. I would have wanted to be put out if that had been the case. Instead, I was able to look in a mirror and watch the miracle unfold right before my eyes. How awesome it truly was. That had to be something else, seeing it from the point of view of the person who was actually going through it. I am curious, is there a difference as far as pain goes, when you're having more then one? Like what is the feeling when the first one is out, and the 2nd one is still there?

I just walked in on a dozen tough guys all standing around the little TV in our conference room watching a C section on TLC. So they see the baby lifted up for the camera to see and when she made her first little cry, they turned away at once and walked back to their offices with heads hung low...coughing and sniffling from "damn allergies from this humidity"! Do they think they're fooling anyone. Awww!

I was awake and tlking during my csections... Its pretty awesome..I watched it with my youngest ..

Highly recommended by the doc for the chance that I may have had to have a c-section. Anyway, I was wide awake. Couldn't feel a thing from the waist down though. I was cracking jokes and making the doctors and my husband at the time laugh. When my son came out my belly was jiggly. So I made the comment "must be jelly cause jam don't shake! My daughter was breech and came out feet first, but she was considerably smaller. I had no pain until the drugs wore off...LOL

I had a c-section but before the procedure started I had a massive panic attack so they had to put me under. Never saw her being delivered and didn't get to see her until an hour later and was heavily sedated even when that happened. I know it's painful, but I really do envy you Moms who got to deliver naturally and got to see your child being born. Then again, I'm not going to get pregnant again just so I can see it happen, lol. All done with having babies here.
