Lying to yourself......do you mean being in denial???? yes Sometimes denial is a good thing.....it acts as a placebo until your mind and body are "ready" to accept the truth!!! As long as you dont live in denial for a long time....a little lying to yourself never hurt anyone.......except yourself!! I think that alot of us live in denial about one thing or another. Yeah... I deny my mother! jk

Im denying that Im in denial.......I call it not focusing on myself and being too busy to think about things.... yep
