Good point Mike. Sometimes I think it is the way the person was raised, their family values. I used to see families who were generations of welfare families, the kids grew up knowing they would be on welfare like mom and the grandparents and just didn't have any drive to do anything with their lives. I think substance abuse has something to do with it to, they care more about getting high than taking care of their family.
My thoughts anyways. Take care. |

I had a roomate that barely worked and would not even hold a job for longer than 2-3 months. I was trying to be nice and help give him time to get on his feet...until I finally forced him out
 I will never ever ever have a roomate again! I like my privacy too much and don't want to be in that situation again! He moved out of town a few months after moving out, once again jobless and moving in with some other female. I think these types of people are content being without responsibility or have never been taught how to be. :shrug: |

it's really bad, and with the economy getting worse, it will force these guys out, for it'll be mutual support time soon, or starve...these super bad times are comin for sure. too much money has gone out, and nothing coming in. the dam's gonna break soon.

I agree and not having anyone to guid you as your growing up, you will develop a pattern and alot of times it's hard to get out of. just for me. i chose not to let myself let my past lead my life to day so i move on and keep working wether it's a job or just my life. |

What KILLS me is when these people are out of work and refuse to even have a minimum wage job. At least you are contributing in some way. Doesn't matter if its full time or part time.

Yes you teach about what there doing right or wrong, but what about life and respocibility, respect etc. It starts most of the time from how your parents raise you. |

But why do people complain about not having any mony and having a hard time paying bills, knowing they have a person living with them that does nothing but sit and play video games or just watches tv all moning and night and will never do anything to help. How can you b@tch knowing this? Whats the point if your not going to do anything about it? I hate people that much off others. I could never sit on my ass and not work or at least go to school or somthing. And No, there is nothing wrong with this person that he can't work.
