I have been eaten alive by mosquitoes.

I have two large bites on my back, one on my right ring finger, two on my right leg, one on my left, one behind my knee, two on the back of my neck, one on my lip (of all places), one on my left arm, and one about the size of a cap on a jelly or peanut butter jar on my right arm (which hurts and itches like a mother effer).

My face is itchy too, but I'm trying to resist the scratching so that any that might be on my face don't show.

And they're all because I put my fan in my window and had to lift the screen, leaving two holes on either side of my fan to let any little nasties into my room at night.

I really suck. ><

My boyfriend wants to move back to Arizona and he wants to take me.

And lack of mosquitoes is going to be added to my list of "Reasons to move to AZ"

That's one thing I don't miss about MN!

If the bites are really itchy, I used to use something called "Sting stop" - you can get it at a co-op/whole foods store. And try baking soda baths. Those help the itching too.

Drink more tea. I hear there is something in it that kinda repels them.

Avon carries an excellant repellant for mosquitos by SkinSoSoft...you don't even have to spray it on your skin (just your clothing and or bedding)
..and it really don't smell so bad

Put a towel soaked with vinegar on the bites. It will reduce the swelling.

Hmm. I love tea, but I don't drink it often anymore.

Thanks for the advice!
