Why is it men think they are a sissy if they shed a tear or show
emotions? why do they have to act maucho. Heck men I know some of you
are real men so why not be a real man and be human. Heck even God shed
tears and showed emotions.

Excuse me I do know how to spell. Men and their feelings. I'm bad.

maybe because you women/mothers told us not to cry, and that "big boys
dont cry" when we were little tykes.

Maybe you should ask the question; Why did mothers tell their sons not
to cry and to be a big boy.

I was a single parent of 2 boys who are now 22 and 19. I always embraced
them when they showed ANY emotion, fear, happiness, sadness, hate, love
and crying, and we all talked it out.

But I dont think most parents do that, even today I see young yuppie
women tell their little boys not to cry.

I have no problem crying , hell did it alot last few months of 2006,
doesn t make me feel any less of a man than I know i am.

before i my meds, i cried myself to sleep every night. and i love to
hug.

Hmmm well a couple of months ago I cried a lot.Not so much right now
though.

Opened my fridge last night. No beer. Cried like a baby.

i think all men do cry... just they have to feel comfortable doing it
around you.

Hey not all women/mothers are like that. I am very open with my son's
feelings. If he wants to cry all the power to him. I can't not stand the
phrase. "big boys don't cry" Cause I know they do.

good point darlin...i find it hard to show emotion....i dont have
problems showin mah love but when it comes to cryin.....i alwayz hoped
the last time i cried was when i born....but we all know daz a lie and
didnt happen.....ive had many people and close friends all around me
pass away....and even in the midst of their funeral.....i dont shed a
tear...not even one...and as i leave like i usually do from the
site....i get mad at myself cuz i didnt shed a tear.....it makes me feel
less of a human being....but its very hard to express somethin that was
never shown or taught....i hope someday god may find it in mah heart
that i am only but a simple man....JAH+BLESS y'all...
