ok so after 13 years of wanting a 96 sebring convertible i finally got one. it is beautiful... i paid 2500 for it but it has issues.. all my friends say i should trade it in but it is my dream car... i am going to have to put a lot of time and money into it but it is what i want... so do you agree with my friends and junk it or should i put the money into it because it is what i have always wanted it and i love that car

depends on how much time and money we are talking about. YOu might just wind up with a broken dream that never goes anywhere.

Just depends up pound how much more money your putting into this car you just got. I mean surely you love it and all but on the other hand your friends maybe either right or wrong.

Just again depends how much more your putting into this car you got on rather it's worth keeping or not.

If not then trade it in for something else.

well the front end is rattlin.... odometer and tachometer went out and its coding fuel air metering system... but the body is perfect and the top is brand new... in my eyes it isnt much different than my dad buying a 65 mustang and fixing it up...

You will have to spend your money and your life on the care if it makes you happy then do it. Who cares what others say?

If it were me and it was a 95 mazda RX7..... I would keep it and work on it. After I get it tip top with a quadruple rotary engine in it..... I would do drift circles in my friend's lawn and say "Hey foo, was it worth it? How ya like me now?"
