here is a good crock pot one 1 lb sirloin steak 1 sliced onion 1 silced bellpepper 1 package of fajita season 1 can of beer spray crock pot with pam...add peppers and onions....lay aliced meat on top of that....sprinkle season pack on top....pour beer on top...cover and cook on low for about 4 hours....great to fix while you are at work...it will be done when you get home....serve with toritllas and cheese, tomatoes, all those yummy fixins....

If you have a marinade injector.... Inject butter, garlic, parsley and finely minced onions into crab legs...(Inject at the soft joint tissue area) Drop in boiling water for 5 minutes.....great stuff!

mix bacon bits into cream cheese, fill raw mushrooms with mix, cover with finely shredded cheese, bake till cheese melts...very good, quick and easy

Do what I do Queen. I cook for me and my dogs everynight.....tonight it is seared shrimp creole with dirty rice with sausage....mmmmmmmhhhhhh

Or..Seafood Lasagna... layer just like regular lasagna. Sautee' Shrimp, Lobster, Scallops, Crab Meat add garlic alfredo sauce Cheeses: Parmesan, Mozzarella
