More troops will work if they are used effectively however using the
same tactics we used in Viet Nam will not. When fighting guerillas you
cannot go in pacify an area and then pull out. The bad guys move out
when you come in and come back when you leave. It is foolish to pay for
the same piece of real estate over and over again. The only thing that
will work is to pull all the troops back to Basra, line them up shoulder
to shoulder, point them North and tell them to kick ass and take names
and when you get to the Syrian Border call for further insturctions.

Gardenforge, why take names? Taking names only creates martyrs.
