At the time of my viewing the thread it appeared as an attack. The mods cannot possibly keep up with everyones friends and decipher each post. Hey, Joyce. I know you work out, eat right, etc...just wondering if you've ever tried interval training? Pretty effective in burning stubborn fat, but you have to be patient in allowing your joints to catch up with the level of intensity needed for effectiveness.

You can google it...or, bodybuilding.com has some good articles.
It's basically cycling your cardio, like 60 seconds at normal pace (say, 30-40% of your MHR), then 30 seconds at 70-80% MHR. Different articles will suggest different times and MHR levels, but that's it, in a nutshell. And, you only do like 10-15 cycles. |
