If they tell me what to wear, what to do, how long to grow my hair, when I can go out, who I can go out, what time I have to be home, gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawd they just cant tell me what to do!!!! some sound reasonable ,but would you follow the same rules with your partner

controlling would be telling me how to spend my money, telling me who i can hang out with, telling me what i need to do with my life.. i only love one controlling man..and thats my grandpa... and i rarely listen to him..... BUT i have found over the years he is sometimes right. go figure

wanting to treat me like their my parent I.E. wanting to know how much my paycheck is worth, what i did with the money if i didnt do what he wanted, controlling me to drive one particular route each day every day to where ever i needed to go. wanting me to make dinner every night no matter what. wanting to know who i am talking to on the phone and needing to stand there and listen in to the conversation and if i don't say what he wants he hangs it up, controlling who i hang out with, when i hang out, where i hang out. controlling what i can and can not wear. controlling what food i am aloud to buy and what not to buy. controlling what i can and can not eat and when i can and can not eat. ya i had one in my life never again.

Lol seriously.....I wont tell them what to wear......just suggest!! since I am a fashion maven.........and 50% of men are colour blind haha!!! Hair??? they can wear it however they like......except a mullet!!! Mullets are Baddddddddd!!! They should tell me where they are going out of respect and when about they will be home and oh a phone call would be nice so I dont think they are screwing the local stripper!!!

bad controlling usually leads to abusing--i would say----better off communicate is what brings better relationship--
