"YOUNGER NEXT YEAR"
by Chris Crowley & Henry S. Lodge, M.D. Friend gave this book to me & I am finding it a very interesting, fun & educational read. Speaks of staying active, to keep better condition & living longer. cover says, "turn back your boilogical clock" I deeply agree with all I have read so far. |

I haven't read it, but I feel younger now than I did a few years ago. So, I guess I must be turning back my biological clock.

Now that sounds interesting Don. I have recently adopted a "healthier" lifestyle. I have begun walking 4-5 miles a day and eating healthier. I feel so much better. And it shows.
I think I will pick it up - it really does sound like an interesting book. Thanks for sharing. |

FOund out last night, somewhere in this book; they reference a similar book written just for women. Haven't found that reference yet, but you might have it looked for by author.

Wow, special K. That's a LOT of walking! I'll be hitting the gym and doing a little jogging on the treadmill today before work, perhaps. Not much is making me feel younger lately. I need to find something, bad! Got a magic wand I can wave?

Now that I have a little more time on my hands, I
may be able to make it to that gym I joined in April. Hope to get that endurance back!! and loosen the muscles. |
