I presume that everyone makes an occasional error in judgement. I for one, forgive them the first half dozen times, then ....yup....I rip off their head and sh*t in the hole that is left.

i say yes. BUT----
if a man or woman is constantly living in turmoil and fear and anger then just let go for good or you will end up in ruins like the ancient ruins of rome. still there but....you know the rest. |

Do cheaters deserve a second chance? what if it was a accident and they were drunk? IF they were sorry and wanted to earn back the trust? Any 2nd chance a cheater deserves simply put is grace, which I interpret as undeserved kindness. My grandparents benefitted me with their experience. My grandfather once cheated during WWII, and my grandmother reminded him of this in the mid '90s. If I was drunk, it wasn't an accident. At some point, knowing alcohol is bad for me, I would have had to have made a conscious choice first to drink, and the consequences would be based on that bad choice. As for trust, I doubt I would trust again, much as if I were to cheat, would not expect it to be repairable. |
