I have an alert on my yahoo mail that says I have a message from
patty44, so I went to my mailbos on "justsayhi" and there is no message
from patty44. Then I tried to do an individual search for patty44 and
either I didn't find the proper way to do such a search, or there isn't
a way to do an individual search.
I hate it when I'm told I have mail, and when I get to a site, there's
no mail. This has happened before on this site as well as on a couple
others and I'm about ready to give it all up and toss my computer.
patty44 just might be that person I have been looking for and I can't
access the message she sent, so I'm a little P.O.'d

Usually, when you are told you have mail but don't see any mail when you
get to the site, it's for one of the following reasons:

- The user has deactivated their account
- The user was banned from the site because they were a scammer,
behaving badly, etc.

Going to their URL as I demonstrated above will tell you if they are
still active or not.
