i wouldnt tell them that.. but if they told me in a nice way, then i would try, if they said it in another way to hurt my feelings, then i would tell them where to go.... i did have a old bf along time ago that said it in a nice way and i did loose a few pounds not for him but for me...

no way...unless it affected their health, and then not so much as tell them...but help them. I have lost 140 lbs over the past 18 months and realize how tough it is to lose, but also know the effects it can have on your health, can make breathing difficult, effect the heart, cause diabetes.....save it for the doc to tell them...but of course aid them in their uphill battle

If loosening weight would do him good, I might suggest it otherwise, no matter how he looks like (weight for that matter), it's all good to me.

being an overweight person myself, it all depends on how they tell you...I have lost approx 20 lbs in the past month, but I did it for me, not for someone else...that is always a touchy subject with people.

no, I take people the way that they are. I dont like people telling me to loose weight, because they never do it nicely.grumble grumble

For health reasons or if he wants to, I would help him. Otherwise I'd leave it alone.
Congrats, MisKim, I know how hard it is. I'm trying to lose again after all these surgeries.

Cold Feet....
You talk and talk to a guy ....4 months...make plans to meet ...buy flight tickets, ...hotel....and one week before the trip to an island..he tells you he is going to give his ex wife a second chance................because she is fat and needs his help????

It is not about the weight...it is about a healthier life style, wich will help both of them....to live happier...
