new shoes need slow break in time if you try to go for a long time the first time you will get blisters.just take it easy for a day or two and soak them in warm water with foot soap.use foot cream before bed and use mole skin in the day time.i have to use it at work i have to stand and walk all day on cement and if i don't take care of my feet i am out of the game and it cost me big money.you will be ok
