get a headache from not eating, like if you eat something in the morning and don't get much of a chance to eat something during the afternoon etc, right until dinner or whatever.
I did today and although I tired eating a little snack to help with some coke, didn't seem to help a whole lot. I would have ate something today but only got a chance for a break and didn't even take it at work cause we where so busy and they needed my help, plus I don't mind not taking my breaks unless I really feel the need too do so etc. |

Yeah, I try to drink lots of water whenever I can, as well as I try not to drink a whole lot of caffeine, but some times I need that pick me upper.
I didn't know dehydration can cause headaches, but now I do. Thanks for the advice / tips, as well as feedbacks. |

Lack of water, lack of sleep, and lack of food can cause headaches.

Been drinking coffee every morning since I was about 17. No matter where I am. If it gets to be about 5pm and I've not had it...headache. 2 cups and 30 minutes fixes it every time.
But I agree with the others about the headaches from "not eating". More likely not drinking enough fluids. When I first moved to AZ it was 117 degrees and didn't get below 110 for 10 days. I overdid myself and got the worst debilitating headache of my life. A bottle of water fixed me right up. |

Lack of water, lack of sleep, and lack of food can cause headaches. I have trouble sleeping, but that's something else and I try to sleep as much as I can etc. I also try to drink as much water as I can too. |

Yeah, right when I felt my headache coming on I started to drink some water but made little differences at the moment in time, I guess I need a little something to eat as well. |
