Debbie.... God doesn't WANT you to be religious with Him. He just wants YOU to be YOU.

God Loves you just as you are...so just come to Him just as you are..unbelief and all..it's ok....cause HE is the One who does the work and change in us anyway, not Us.

So stop with that feeling quilty nonsense..... and just Talk to God ...be just yourself now.
He knows how you feel..and quess what Debbie..it's ok with God..and He loves you just the same.

You can just ask God to help your unbelief..and He will.
Again....God meets you right where you are....and Love you just the same.

So Debbie ,just be YOURSELF now with God...that's all He wants..You to be just YOU....and when you are ready, He wants your heart

if one has guilt, can only come from the heart, and if one has guilt, then to only admit what the heart say make one guilty as true be all that can erase, and not learning of some method or practice.......if one has guilt over treating someone wrong, what can forgive but going and telling that one.....this lead to the opening of the mind, and all peace to come

many run from guilt, and try to tell others what gave them relief of guilt, but indeed if there was true forgivness found for them, they would not point to anything but back to the heart, as it was said that god be in the heart of ALL mankind........

you say you have nothing to ask, or know no words.....then these words speak to your own god, whatever YOU think and believe, as there is only one, so indeed, if you pray to him how can someone else answer instead, lol.....

to say all that one feels, no matter what it may be, is what one prays to their god, and there are no learned words, and even learned ones keep one from knowing god to begin with......

if you believe in a god, then speak to it as if it were your friend, as your mother, or daughter, or friend, as if it be REAL, and keep talkin and say you know there is a god, and you want to know more........all words that come from the heart......forget any notion of some words you have heard or instructions........god never give instruction, so you are quite perfect by not knowing any to speak........

all you are, poured from within your soul, till there be nothing left, no god spoken to as real can ever resist, and will come if you wait.......then you will meet what give you your own words of peace, that match no others words, and are yours all yours, and since you be unique, one of a kind, one of 6 1/2 billion and there is no other as you, then so shall be your own words and peace, when they come from your god......

hi, im still the same. just having a few unpleasant felings from my heart, the steroids could have done some damage, so im going to ask when i see my consulants again. my anxiety is very bad at the moment, i should be getting my valium tommorow or thursday.

ive also been referred to the top doctor in respiritory care and ive got a scan on webnesday next week.
