Question: How do they know you're on these other sites, unless you've told them?

I spoke with one person on JSH.. he asked me about MySpace, I told him I was on there.. and Yes, he sent a friend request, during our first discussion.. I mentioned that I had met one person from a different dating site..umm, he then sent me a "flirt" from that site...when I mentioned that "I see you signed up" he claims that he's been on there for a year, I distinctly remember our first convo, him not knowing what that was.

well...with myspace...pretty much everyone has one lol And a lot of people use the same name (or variation thereof) on other sites....so it's as simple as "hmm...wonder if he/she is on this site as well" and doing a search for the user name. As the pics are generally the same pics as what's on here...it doesn't take long to track someone down. lol It's even simpler if you have an email address. You just do a search for it and it'll come back with a result or some msg about how there is no user with that email.

People with a lot of time on their hands and a bit of persistence can find anyone anywhere lol

For that matter...you can just plug the user name into google and it'll bring back results from all over the web. I use google image search every now and then to see if any of my artwork has been stolen...it's the same principle...just instead of images some people look for other people.
