I feel you, I was with my exhusband for 5 months after I knew it was over and couldn't tell him. 5 months of mental anguish. When I finally did it was liberating and the best thing for me to do.

Yes it is hard i was with my ex for 11 yrs hes older than me i felt bad when i told him i am moving on with out him,
 some people just change not by choice it does happen and later it will be fine,,
