I went through some things with my exes teenager. Just in case...we remodeled the attic to give her an apartment-like feel and her own little space. But what we were really doing is giving her a bedroom she could not possibly leave without a fire ladder or creaking down wooden stairs above our own bedroom. The extra creakiness was added during the remodel. devil

I found with my 20 year old that worrying didn't do anything other than drive me crazy. I just tried to make sure the communication was there so that she could talk with me when/if she needed. I am finding out now that I didn't know everything she was doing(what parent truly does), but she has turned out to be a wonderful young lady.
Now if I could only figure out my 15 and 16 year old boys. They are completely different from their sister.

I have a 15 yr old with me, and I worry constantly about her doing those things.....but then I think that things I did weren't all that bad!! My 17 yr old lives with their dad and I am trying not to think about what she can be getting into!!
