been stood up on a date and never heard from that person again?? I can say that I have and it isnt a pleasant feeling.

No...only stood up and called 1/2 hour later to be told it could not be helped. He made up for it the following night.

Never been stood up. But, I've had some dates I WISH would have not shown.
