Sometimes I can be endlessly patient. At other times, I am just the opposite and you can see steam coming out of my ears with impatience. I think it all depends on what kind of mood I'm in on any particular day.

I am so not patient. I am shocked my teeth are all very straight and in tact. I get so angry sometimes out of nowhere, I begin to catch myself grinding my teeth.
Love teaches me patience, but if there is not someone I love and they are annoying..... I tell them what I think, or I keep it inside, ready to unload on someone who deserves it. Like someone who can't hold their tongue at a bar, looking for trouble. But keep in mind, I like to avoid trouble, so I go in the most pleasant of places to be in this horrid town. Would rather make friends. |

That happens when I am on the phone and waiting. |

Long term Im very patient. Short term not so much. I walked out of a restaraunt tonight because it took 15 minutes for the waitress to talk to me. I get aggravated about 3 seconds after the light turns green if Im not moving. But Ive been single for 6 years and Ill wait 6 more if it means getting what I want.

Long term Im very patient. Short term not so much. I walked out of a restaraunt tonight because it took 15 minutes for the waitress to talk to me. I get aggravated about 3 seconds after the light turns green if Im not moving. But Ive been single for 6 years and Ill wait 6 more if it means getting what I want. More power to you! We've waited over an hour before we got our food and then they didn't bring my friend's food. Yes they were busy, but others came 15-20 after we did. I didn't touch my food as I couldn't enjoy it. It was sitting a long time, so the cook was on time, but not the pimple faced waiter. He said we all had discounts, but I took my receipt up front and said "Sorry to be a bother, but (explained the whole thing total of 2 hours before we left, waiting on the check without touching the food, halfway pissed from drinking) I am not paying for this". And I never returned.... |

And I never returned.... I met a friend, for a QUICK appetizer because I had somewhere to be. They seated a party of 11 just before they seated us (in the bar). She took our drink order, dissapeared for 15 min and headed toward their table. Knowing it would take at least 15 min to get the order, then god knows how long for the kitchen to prepare 11 dishes before my appetizer, I left. Went to Outback, excellent fast service! |
