The real question should be why weenies come in packs that do not amount the same as the buns evenly......

because u cut them in half ...thus creating 12....which in turn u get only half the calories....LOL....idk....

You're onto something there! 12 muffin halves out of the 6 in the package. Now what goes on top of muffins. Comes 12 to a package and is a breakfast food? Eggs! Ouila! That is why there are six muffins to a package. Uh, I think...
