If you can't get them back, then go tell the video people and give them his address, and if they don't want it...pay the bill and send him a certified letter...then if he doesn't answer....send him the bill by certified mail, with a statement of intent to collect.
But, seriously...I would send him the bill and make damn sure they know who he is. You are the one responsible, so you are going to have to pay it never the less.

You cant do that kat.....its in her name.....collections go to her name. I know because I had a cell phone in my name that my ex had......he screwed me for thousands of dollars......had to get caller id so I could dodge them. After 7 years she may get her credit back

Yes, I wasn't telling her to send him the bill from them...but from her with intent to collect for her obvious charges that because of him she incurred. If his stupidity that got her this bigger bill and if she paid, then she can bill him for it.

But, I truely think it is better off letting it go and learning yet another lesson in life.

But, I would still leave his name and number with the video people. If they know her they could call and tell him they want their movies back.
