I'm in Houston. Inside city limits is illegal, out where I am it's legal. FUN sometimes, annoying as hell at 3am!

none but the wimpy ones...sparklers and such. but a trip to virginia made a law breaker out of me.
actually, it was south carolina..

there is a phantom fireworks right across the border in maryland but you gotta have outta state license not sure on the exact law
