my daughter has a really nasty ear infection i was just wondering if any of you parents had any ideas on helping her with the pain?

other than tylenol, motrin or warm compress'

Fortunately none of my boys ever had an ear infection. I understand a few drops of warm oil helps. Olive oil should work pretty good.

Ask her doctor for a rx for auralgan drops for the ear. It is a numbing medication that will help until the antibiotics can work. Use it and the tylenol/motrin.

colodial silver is good too....

thanks um the dr gave us ciprodex drops...they seem to make her ear hurt more

colodial silver is good too....



yes no hot oil...ive heard bad things about the colodial silver.
im scared to try it now but thank you

We use the auralgan in the ER all the time on kids with ear infections..it works great. You still have to use the antibiotics as well but this stuff is good.

We use the auralgan in the ER all the time on kids with ear infections..it works great. You still have to use the antibiotics as well but this stuff is good.
