i heard of carmen's fitness dvd's through a fitness forum. its great! you learn to strip while toning your body. walmart even has the dvds from time to time. sooo... who wants to post and see who is the biggest loser? kinda like have an accountability forum.... |

There's a place here in town called Art Of The Catwalk. They have stripper/exercise classes, teach pole dancing, etc..

Not sure how many of you have tried it..but it's amazing! Doing the pre-strip workouts hurts, especially legs and butt. Try it out..they're fun too!
