No, I know someone who is 40 and has kids graduating from his first marriage and a new born from the second. He is a better dad the second time around.

is too old to become a father? I mean most of the people I went to school with have grown kids and I just feel as if I may have missed out  i think 40 is a good age you 've already hopefully sowed all your wild oats ,, and want to settle down by now ,, i had two girls very young ,, and my third in my mid thirties and i think i was more of a mother to her than the other two ,, not that i wasnt a good mother to them all ,but i really think i was more settled and ready and mature with the last i felt more secure ,,, with the other two i felt we all grew up together ,, hope you can discepher this ..

That's not a good age to chase off meatheads who are trying to deflower your daughter.

My parents were 43 and 45 when they had me.... Not sure it was the best thing for them.... I was the only girl in 4 children, they youngest, and virtually an only child (brothers were 20,16, and 13 years older than me) My parents were VERY strict, part of it I'm sure was because they couldn't keep up... I was a hellion when I was a kid..go figure. |

40 huh? How are you knees Peccy?
Still up to crawling around on the floor until you're about 46? Do you relish your SLEEP (forget about it)? How about playing tackle football with a boy when your 50 or 55? All things considered, guess it depends on how YOU physically feel and what you want or do not want to be doing 5, 10 or 15 years from now. It's a life long labor of love. |
