ever been judged or judged someone by where they live or grew up? Bad neighborhoods, trailer parks, etc? I know I get judged alot because of where I grew up. So I am interested to see how often it happens to other people.

I grew up in the inner city. It always amazed me how people felt it was OK to say rude things like, "Oh HOW could you live there, aren't you afraid?"; like I had any choice about where I grew up anyway. Now I live in the boondocks and people make remarks about that too.

I live in a trailer park in a very nice area. I get sick of people make insulting remarks to my daughter because we live in a "trailer"....to us it is HOME!

I live in a trailer park in a very nice area. I get sick of people make insulting remarks to my daughter because we live in a "trailer"....to us it is HOME! A trailer is a home.......a house. No one should make fun of people because of what type of home they live in.

I think it's incredibly insulting to mock another person's home, as if it's not good enough. Whoever doesn't like my home can get the **** out
