wow, 500 will get you a washer and dryer ! brand new??? well the cost of living here could be higher as well. A new set would cost about $900 here but then again the average house is $800,000 in this town anyways. yes, brand new ! just bought a set , and i only gave $18,000 for my house and it's a two story !

you paid $18,000 for your house????? You must live in a really small town. This town is on the smaller side, about 38,000 but its booming. Its the number 1 place for old people to retire!!! Old people= Big bucks around here and they take advantage of that fact!!
