Woman gets Botox and bolts

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla., June 17 (UPI) -- Florida police are looking for a woman they say played a version of "dine and ditch" after receiving Botox injections from a cosmetic surgeon.

The doctor told Port St. Lucie officers that the woman said she was going out her car to fetch her credit card after receiving $1,225 worth of injections and never came back.

"She just took off and we never saw her again," Dr. John Porcaro told the Palm Beach Post Monday.

The Post said the young woman had identified herself as being from North Carolina. She was still at large Tuesday. Her description includes numerous punctures on her face.
