I'm beginning to wonder if I'm the only one with morals. I guess other people don't really have any.

IMO alot of people have lost their morals. i stay true to knowing right from wrong where it makes sense to me and doesn't hurt others. i think self-respect has everything to do with it.

I have a pretty strict moral code, but realize that there are a lot of people who do not see things the way I do. I give a lot of leeway to others before I go into shock over that anymore...especially the older I get and the more I see, but I have to have someone for a partner who is on the same moral page as me. Less is not an option, or it would be like living with someone from another planet.

Some people think their morals are better than others, or that they walk on higher roads or ground. They really need to take a closer look at themselves for the irony and hypocrisy.
Morals and values are only as "good" as those who practice them. Words are cheap. Behavior and how you treat others, take care of your world/community is what counts. |
