I just came back from town where yesterday gas was $3.96/gal. And today it's $3.83/gal. Is this a joke or has someone temporarily lost their sanity? Has anyone else's gasoline prices went down?

Not sure about gas prices they were $14/gallon at the weekend...but we got told today our utility bills will rise by 40% this year!
 someone is having a laugh...our bills are sky high already in the UK!

last time i got gas was last week so i have no idea then it was 4.20 a gallon in oregon
